LawnPro Startup costs about the same as Grash ($39 a month) and has a customer portal and 3 employee logins. Route optimization, auto-charging a card and QuickBooks sync are add-ons there, and automations are on the Grow plan. Pick LawnPro if you need a customer portal.
Where Grash is better
- Route optimization (Driving order per crew). LawnPro: add-on
- Automatic text/email reminders to customers (Email (visit tomorrow, On my way, late invoices); no texts yet). LawnPro: higher plan (Automations on Grow)
Grash also has these. We could not confirm them on LawnPro's official pages, which does not mean LawnPro lacks them: Custom intervals (like every 10 days); Crew see only their yards, no prices; Required before-work damage photos; Property photo on every visit; Import customers from other apps yourself; Spanish; Winter pause at $0.
