Who we are
Grash (grash.app) is operated by Veteran Earthworks, LLC. This page explains what information we keep and why.
What we collect
Your account: business name, email, phone, address, logo, time zone and password (stored scrambled, never in plain text).
Your business data: clients, addresses, schedules, visits, photos, notes, invoices and payments you record. This belongs to your business.
Crew logins: name and phone or email for each crew member you add.
Billing: Stripe stores your card. We keep only your Stripe customer and plan status, and the card brand and last 4 digits to show you.
Usage and support: basic logs (like time and browser) and any feedback or screenshots you send us.
How we use it
To run Grash for you: show your schedule, make invoices, put yards on the map, bill your plan, answer your questions, and keep the service secure. We do not sell your data or your customers' data.
Who we share it with
Only the services we need to run Grash: Cloudflare (hosting and database), Stripe (subscription payments), OpenStreetMap / Nominatim (turning addresses into map spots), and an AI service (only when you use photo import, to read the picture). We may share information if the law requires it.
AI photo import
When you choose photo or PDF import and tick the consent box, that picture is sent to the AI service to read it. We record that you agreed and when. The picture itself is not kept by Grash after reading. We do not use it to train AI models.
Your customers
You add your customers' information, and you control it. If one of your customers asks about their information, contact them directly; you can edit or delete their record in Grash anytime.
How long we keep data
We keep your data while your account exists, including during a trial that ended, a winter pause, a failed payment or after you cancel, so you can come back. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time through ? Help. We then delete it within 30 days, except billing records we must keep by law.
Security
Data is sent over HTTPS and stored with Cloudflare. Crew logins only see the yards you give them and never see your prices.
Children
Grash is for businesses and is not meant for children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy in a big way, we will tell you in the app first.
