📋 Clients & schedule
Keep every customer in one list: name, phone, address and notes like "gate code" or "dog in yard".
Pick how often you cut: every week, every 2 weeks, every few days, every few weeks, or monthly. Grash puts each visit on your schedule for you.
👷 Crews, teams & crew logins
Give each worker his own login for $10/month. Put people on a team, like "North Crew". Teams are free.
Your guys only see the yards you give them: name, address, map and notes. They never see prices or invoices.
🗺️ Map & group by area
See all your yards on a map. Tap one button and Grash groups yards that are close together.
Each group gets a good driving order, so your crews drive less and mow more.
🏠 Property photos: "Is this the right yard?"
Add a photo of the front of the house, plus a short note like "blue door, corner lot, mow to fence".
The main photo shows big on every visit, with the address and a check: Is this the right yard? No more mowing the neighbor's lawn.
📸 Required photos & before-checks
Make your crew take an "after" photo before a job can be marked Done. You pick how many.
Turn on a before-check to photo damage that was already there, like a cracked driveway. Every photo has the time on it. Great for "your guy broke my sprinkler" calls.
🧾 Invoices with your logo + Pay buttons
Tap Done and the invoice is made. It has your logo, name and phone. Text the customer a link.
Customers tap a big Pay button: Square, PayPal, Venmo, Cash App or Zelle. The money goes straight to you. See who owes and who is late.
❄️ Winter pause
Slow in winter? Pause up to 3 months a year, any months you want. Pay $0 while paused.
All your clients and invoices stay saved. Your schedule picks back up when you unpause.
🕑 Your time zone
Set your time zone once. "Today", visit dates, due dates and photo times all match your clock.
Grash guesses it when you sign up. Change it any time in Settings.
📱 Works like a phone app
Put Grash on your home screen. It opens like an app with its own icon. No app store needed.
