Who we are
Grash (grash.app) is operated by Veteran Earthworks, LLC ("we", "us"). These terms are between us and the business that signs up ("you"). By creating an account you agree to them.
What Grash is
Grash is an app for lawn and landscape businesses to keep clients, schedules, crews, photos and invoices. We may change or improve features over time.
Your account
Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens in your account, including logins you create for your crew. You must give true information when you sign up.
Free trial
New businesses get a 30-day free trial. No card is needed to start. If you do not add a card before the trial ends, your account becomes view-only. Your data stays saved and you can add a card at any time to continue.
Price and billing
Grash costs $20 per month for your business, plus $10 per month for each active crew login. Prices are in US dollars and do not include taxes if any apply.
Card payments are handled by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number. When you add a card, Stripe will charge it when your trial ends and then every month. If you add or remove crew logins, your next bill is adjusted (prorated) for the change.
If a payment fails, you have 7 days to update your card. After that the account becomes view-only until payment works. We never delete your data because of a failed payment.
Winter pause
You can pause Grash for up to 3 months each calendar year (any month you pause counts). While paused you pay $0, the app is view-only, and your data is kept. Billing starts again when you unpause or the pause ends.
Cancelling
You can cancel anytime in Settings → Plan → Manage card or cancel. Your plan stays on until the end of the month you already paid for, and is not renewed. We do not give refunds for partial months, except where the law requires it. After you cancel, your account is view-only and your data is kept as described in our Privacy Policy.
Your data belongs to you
The clients, addresses, prices, photos, invoices and other information you put in Grash belong to your business. You give us permission to store and process it only to run Grash for you. You are responsible for having the right to add your customers' information and for following laws that apply to your business.
AI photo import
If you use photo or PDF import, the picture is sent to an AI service to read the text. AI can make mistakes. You must check every line before saving. We do not use your pictures to train AI models.
Referral rewards
Each business gets a referral link. When 3 businesses you referred sign up with your link or code and each pays its first paid bill (after any free trial), you earn 1 free month. We add it as a credit on your Grash bill equal to one month of your plan (base plus crew logins at the time). If your account is free or has no card yet, we save the credit until you are billed.
- Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged for money, and are only used against Grash bills.
- You cannot refer yourself or your own other businesses. Referrals from the same owner, email domain, phone or card do not count. Free or tester accounts you refer do not count.
- We may refuse or remove rewards we think are fake or abusive.
- We may change or end the referral program at any time. Rewards already earned stay on your account.
Fair use
Do not use Grash to break the law, send spam, harm others, or try to break into or overload the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
Payments from your customers
Pay buttons on invoices send your customers to your own Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, Zelle, Square or Stripe link. That money goes straight to you. We are not part of those payments and are not responsible for them.
No guarantees
We work hard to keep Grash running and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is". We do not promise it will always be available or error-free. Keep your own records of anything important.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim about Grash is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we make a big change, we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. Using Grash after that means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, USA.
